We continue to receive a very large number of enquiries from residents, but only a few about the virus and its impact.
The other enquiries about more day to day issues.
Many of these do nor relate to the County Council but other organisations such has housing providers & utility companies.
Residents are having issues getting through to them possibly due to an increased number of their staff working from home.
We are happy to assist residents but we are also encountering issues.
