Tyneview retail park

Update 23/6/20 – See Courant report  CLICK HERE

Delighted to meet representatives from Advance Northumberland, Northumberland Estates & Robertsons today for a site visit at the new Low Prudhoe development ‘ Tyneview park’.

The most important thing to mention is that the development is well on target and it is expected to be occupied and open to the public from November 2020. (Dependant upon the businesses own requirements)

The confirmed businesses are Aldi, B & M (incl a garden centre) Mc Donalds (drive through & restaurant)
and Caffe Ginevra.

Another business has shown great interest in the development but their details can not be made public yet.

There will be 435 parking spaces incl some EV charging points

We can confirm that the developer will be building a bus stop as we requested, the bus operators has agreed to operate a service from the start, which is unusual as they tend to wait until such developments are established, the operator will make timings etc public asap.

A full press release is being drawn up & will be available in the next few days.
