We have taken a look at the two ATMs:
Outside The Coop store. Oakfield Terrace, Prudhoe, NE42 (Cardtronics ID E014607)
Machine was transacting up until 9pm last night (26/05). Only balance enquiries today.
Machine looks to have been transacting Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday Monday (up until 9pm).
On the wall of ASDA Petrol station. Front Street Prudhoe NE42 5DH (Cardtronics ID E014651).
Looks to have encountered an issue early Saturday morning, no transactions over the weekend.
I am sorry that there are ongoing problems. We have contacted the ATM operator Cardtronics to ask them to rectify the situation. It is in their best interests to do this swiftly as they only get paid when the machines are transacting.

I understand the two remaining cash machines have been out of action again this bank holiday weekend.
I have contacted the provider again.

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this.
The Lloyds branch closed this week which would explain that particular machine being out of action.
The one at Asda is still awaiting repair unfortunately as per my previous email.
The third machine, Coop Oakfield Terrace machine, did look to have a brief issue this morning but last transacted at 14:22 this afternoon so is back up and running.
I hope this helps and that the Asda machine is operational again soon.

** Engineer was working at the Asda machine earlier today.
The Post office system was operating today so cash could be dispensed.

I have been told that the cash machines are off again today.
I understand other areas outside Prudhoe are also experiencing issues.
I am in contact with the relevant operators now.

A report has been made that the three 24/7 cash machines are not working in Prudhoe town centre.
(There are other machines in the town, within buildings, but not 24/7).
I have asked link to look into any major fault / recurring issues.
