Residents have raised concerns about the delay in the delivery of letters as Royal mail gives priority to more profitable parcel deliveries.
This does not just relate to the busy festive period, but all year round.
The heavy fines imposed upon Royal mail do not appear to been a catalyst for change.
Sympathy has to be given to the hardworking postal workers who have their working practices dictated by the ‘company’.
