Cover will of course be provided by others for some of the time, but there may be delays for non urgent enquiries being responded to.
After the holiday period there will be a build up of e mails etc for many people.
I will continue to be available to support residents where I can, but please understand it may take longer for me to respond or to get a reply for any queries I make.
To help me keep track of the many dozens of enquiries I receive each week it would assist if the enquiry is sent via e mail to me,
(I appreciate not everyone has such a facility, and I will accept them in other ways if e mail is not available)
In the first instance it would be quicker & better to report issues to the relevant organisations.
See links below-
I get a large number of requests from residents in other wards to support them, but I am usually unable to do so.
Such matters should be sent to the Councillor representing residents in that ward.
Help me to help you. – Ongoing enquiries.
I receive many hundreds of enquiries each month.
If we have agreed that I am best placed to act on your behalf-
-I will always action your enquiry straight away.
Many enquiries have nothing to do with NCC.
If you have not had a response within a reasonable time, such as the organisation I asked to progress your enquiry has not contacted you, please send me an e mail to let me know.
I may not be able to solve the problem but I will try to assist.
You may not like the outcome of the enquiry but….
