‘This has been rejected many times before. I’m not opposed to new developments however the infrastructure on highfield lane cannot cope with increased traffic as there is already an issue.
This is potentially a dangerous road especially at school times.
Where the proposed entrance is located is reduced to a single lane at school times due to parked cars.
I will be asking the developer a range of questions’

Just to confirm that work is permitted to be carried out on possible building sites to gain an understanding of the local foundations etc.
We recently saw this at the new retail park and Cottier grange before the planning application was submitted / agreed.
